APTA General Information

The shoot will be held on Friday, Saturday & Sunday and is registered with the Atlantic Provinces Trapshooting Association (APTA) and the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA).

All shooters must be members of the ATA. Memberships will be available at the registration desk.

It is the shooter’s responsibility to be informed of the contents of this program and the rules governing ATA sanctioned shoots.

Strict adherence to the ATA rules regarding alcohol usage, drugs, eye and ear protection will be observed. Cell phones, pagers and similar devices shall not be on or near any active shooting squad at any time. Violators will be disqualified immediately and will not share in any prize money, awards or trophies.

The management of the APTA reserves the right to reject any entry and make changes to the program.

Shooters not having their ATA scorecards up to date will be assigned applicable penalties.

All shooters must be classified before shooting any targets.
